Privacy Policy

Effective June 2026

The short version: Gymmer has no accounts, servers, or analytics, and collects nothing about you. The only data that ever leaves your iPhone is feedback you choose to send.

Data collected

Gymmer does not collect or share any personal data or usage information. All workout data you enter is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It never leaves your iPhone unless you choose to export it or send feedback (see below).

The App Store privacy label for Gymmer is Data Not Collected.

Third-party services

Gymmer contains no third-party SDKs: no analytics, no crash reporting, no ad networks. It is built with Apple's own frameworks (SwiftUI, SwiftData, UserNotifications). The only exception is the optional feedback form below, which sends your message to a form-delivery service.

Notifications

Gymmer can send optional local notifications (rest timer, workout reminder, recovery reminders). All are off by default, scheduled on-device only, and never routed through a server.

Feedback

If you tap Send Feedback in Settings, the message you write and your app version are sent over an encrypted connection to Formspree, a form-delivery service that forwards them to the developer by email. This happens only when you choose to send, and includes only what you type. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. Formspree's handling of that message is governed by its own privacy policy.

Exporting your data

You can export your workout history from Settings. The export is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet, so it goes only where you choose to send it. Gymmer never uploads it anywhere.
